2. You must be the owner of the site or have at least notified the site owner that you are adding them. It isn't very nice to add their site to something that they don't know about, y'know.

3. Must know HTML and have website experience. Community sites (i.e. MSN, Yahoo!Groups, Community Zero, Circles 99, Neopets, etc.) are not proof of HTML knowledge.

4. No hatelistings. If you want to run a hatelisting, then you can go to The Hatelistings, plzkthx.

5. You must provide a link back to SC. Otherwise your link will be removed and someone is free to take that subject. And please do that before joining. Makes it easier on everyone. ^_^ It's best if you have a link already up to SC before joining, but if you don't you have 24 hours to put on up. I WILL check.

6. If adding a fanlisting, it does not have to be approved by TAFL, TPFL or TTFL. "Officially" approved or not, it's still a site, is it not? :D

7. Put effort into your site. No one wants to look at a sloppy site. D: The password is starchildren.

8. Keep your site updated. No one wants to click on a link and end up at a dead end. NOTE: I will not change links for you. You MUST do it yourself.

9. Everyone must be able to access your site. There are some servers that don't show up for a lot of people.

10. If you have multiple listings then send in a form for each. Don't worry, you won't flood me with mail.

11. If you own a fanlisting, simply put the series and subject as the link name instead of the actual listing name. Makes things easier. ^^

12. If your link is not up within a day, I will send out a notice. If you have not added the code and replied to the e-mail (you must to both) then I will delete your pending link. You need to be serious about your link being listed here. I will no longer keep your link as pending for months and send you multiple e-mails.

13. There is a hidden rule. See if you can find it ;D

14. Don't worry about the password field. It's to ward off spamming.
